## Operating principles

1. **Capital efficiency** — crypto treasury should not be operationally penalized by default.
2. **User control** — non-custodial design supports risk boundaries.
3. **Compliance compatibility** — execution infrastructure must coexist with regulated systems.
4. **Execution clarity** — payments should be easier to reconcile and document.

## Product boundaries

Billz Pro intentionally avoids becoming:

* a retail trading product
* a bank replacement
* a generalized custody platform

Focus matters. Billz Pro focuses on treasury execution infrastructure.
